1. DELIVERY VIA COURIER SERVICE

We offer island-wide delivery via courier service. Most packages arrive the next day, though the standard delivery window is 1 to 4 working days. You can place your order online at any time. However, our staff processes and prepares orders from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Delivery Rates

• First 1kg: Rs. 600
• Each additional kg: Rs. 200 (rounded up to the next full kg)

Note: Over 97% of our orders are under 1kg. Your initial checkout will show the 1kg rate; we will manually adjust the total if your package exceeds this weight.

Order Processing

• Orders before 1:00 PM: Prepared the same working day.
• Orders after 1:00 PM: Prepared the next working day.
• Please note: Couriers do not operate on weekends or mercantile holidays.

How to Pay (Bank-in Option)

1. Wait for Confirmation: Do not deposit funds until you receive a payment email and a follow-up call from us.
2. Payment Reference: Use the last 4 digits of your order number as the reference.
3. Confirm: Once paid, reply to our email with "Paid."

Shipping Examples

• 60g Parcel: Rs. 600 (Minimum charge)
• 7.8kg Parcel: Rs. 600 (1st kg) + Rs. 1,400 (7kg additional) = Rs. 2,000 total

2. QUICK DELIVERY (PICKME FLASH / UBER PACKAGE)

For urgent orders within the Colombo district, you can use Uber or Pickme Flash. This is often faster and more cost-effective than standard courier services.

Service Highlights

• Speed: Most orders are delivered within an hour.
• Tracking: Real-time tracking via your Uber/Pickme app.
• Vehicle Choice: * Motorbikes: Recommended for orders under 5kg (cheaper).
  • Three-Wheelers: Best for larger/heavier orders.
• Availability: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Poya & Mercantile holidays).
  • Note: Our physical shop is open on Sundays until 7:00 PM (unless it's a holiday).

How to Order

1. Place Order: Add "Uber / Pickme collection" in the comments box during online checkout.
2. Wait for SMS: We will remove the standard courier charge and SMS you the bank details for the items only.
3. Pay & Confirm: Pay via bank transfer using the last 4 digits of your order number as the reference. Send your payment proof via WhatsApp to 0777 854444.
4. Book the Delivery: * Open Uber or Pickme and select the "Flash" or "Delivery" service.

   • Pickup Contact: 0777 854444 / 0114 544566.
   • Destination: Your address.
5. Handover: We will receive an SMS with your driver’s details and hand over the parcel once they arrive.

3. STORE PICKUP (අලෙවිසැලෙන් ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා)

If you prefer to collect your items in person, simply enter "Store Pickup" in the comments section during checkout. You can then pick up your order directly from our counter at the shop.

1. කුරියර් සේවාව හරහා බෙදා හැරීම

අපගේ කුරියර් සේවාව මගින් දිවයින පුරා භාණ්ඩ බෙදා හරිනු ලැබේ. සාමාන්යයෙන් ඇණවුම් ලැබීමට වැඩ කරන දින 1 සිට 4 දක්වා කාලයක් ගත වේ. ඔබට ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඇණවුම් ලබා දිය හැකි වුවද, අපගේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් ඒවා සකස් කරනු ලබන්නේ සඳුදා සිට සෙනසුරාදා දක්වා පෙ.ව. 9:00 සිට ප.ව. 3:00 දක්වා පමණි.

ගාස්තු ගණනය කිරීම

• පළමු කිලෝග්රෑම් 1 සඳහා: රු. 600
• අමතර සෑම කිලෝග්රෑමයක් සඳහාම: රු. 200 (ඊළඟ කිලෝග්රෑමයට වට කරනු ලැබේ)

සටහන: අපගේ ඇණවුම්වලින් 97%කට වඩා බර කිලෝග්රෑම් 1ට අඩුය. ඔබ ඇණවුම ලබා දෙන විට දිස්වන්නේ කිලෝග්රෑම් 1ක ගාස්තුව වන අතර, බර වැඩි වුවහොත් අප විසින් පසුව එය සංශෝධනය කරනු ඇත.

ඇණවුම් සූදානම් කිරීම

• ප.ව. 1:00ට පෙර ඇණවුම් කළහොත්: එදිනම සූදානම් කෙරේ.
• ප.ව. 1:00ට පසු ඇණවුම් කළහොත්: ඊළඟ වැඩ කරන දිනයේදී සූදානම් කෙරේ.
• කුරියර් සේවා සති අන්තයේ සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දිනවල ක්රියාත්මක නොවේ.

ගෙවීම් සිදු කරන ආකාරය (Bank-in Option)

1. අප ඇමතන තෙක් රැඳී සිටින්න: අප විසින් ඔබට ගෙවීම් විස්තර ඇතුළත් විද්යුත් ලිපියක් (Email) සහ දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් ලබා දෙන තෙක් මුදල් තැන්පත් නොකරන්න.
2. ගෙවීම් යොමුව (Reference): මුදල් තැන්පත් කිරීමේදී ඔබේ ඇණවුම් අංකයේ (Order Number) අවසාන ඉලක්කම් 4 සඳහන් කරන්න.
3. දැනුම් දීම: ගෙවීම සිදු කළ පසු, අප එවූ Email පණිවිඩයට "Paid" ලෙස පිළිතුරු එවන්න.

ගාස්තු උදාහරණ

• ග්රෑම් 60ක පාර්සලයක්: රු. 600 (අවම ගාස්තුව)
• කිලෝ ග්රෑම් 7.8ක පාර්සලයක්: රු. 600 (පලවෙනි කිලෝ ග්රෑමය සඳහා) + රු. 1,400 (කිලෝ ග්රෑම් 7ක් සඳහා) = රු. 2,000

2. ඉක්මන් බෙදාහැරීම

කොළඹ දිස්ත්රික්කය ඇතුළත සිටින ඔබට Uber හෝ Pickme Flash සේවාව මගින් ඉතා ඉක්මනින් භාණ්ඩ ගෙන්වා ගත හැක.

• වේලාව: සාමාන්යයෙන් පැයක් ඇතුළත භාණ්ඩ ලැබේ.
• වාහනය: කිලෝග්රෑම් 5ට අඩු ඇණවුම් සඳහා යතුරුපැදි (Motorbike) තෝරා ගැනීමෙන් මුදල් ඉතිරි කරගත හැක.
• සේවා කාලය: සඳුදා සිට සෙනසුරාදා දක්වා පෙ.ව. 9:00 සිට ප.ව. 5:00 දක්වා (පෝය සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දින හැර).

ඇණවුම් කරන ආකාරය:

1. ඇණවුම ලබා දෙන විට Comments box එකෙහි "Uber / Pickme collection" ලෙස සඳහන් කරන්න.
2. අප එවනු ලබන SMS පණිවිඩය ලැබුණු පසු භාණ්ඩ සඳහා පමණක් මුදල් ගෙවා, එහි රිසිට්පත 0777 854444 අංකයට WhatsApp කරන්න. (Reference එක ලෙස ඇණවුම් අංකයේ අවසාන ඉලක්කම් 4 යොදන්න).
3. ඔබගේ App එක මගින් TRONIC.LK, Nugegoda ස්ථානයෙන් භාණ්ඩ ලබා ගැනීමට (Pickup) රියදුරෙකු වෙන් කරන්න.

3. අලෙවිසැලෙන් ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා

ඔබට අවශ්ය භාණ්ඩ සෘජුවම අපගේ වෙළඳසැලට පැමිණ ලබා ගැනීමට අවශ්ය නම්, ඇණවුම ලබා දෙන විට Comments box එකෙහි "Store Pickup" ලෙස සඳහන් කරන්න.
