NOTE 2: For technical support or warranty claims, first send an email to [email protected] with the details mentioned in the Warranty Page and obtain a support ticket number. We do not accept products for warranty claims or testing without a support ticket number.

NOTE 4: If you are planning to visit the shop to buy a long list of items, we recommend you to first place an online order in our website by mentioning it as a store pickup order. We will make your order ready and call you once it is ready. This way, you can avoid wasting time at the shop.

NOTE 5: If you are coming to the shop to buy more than 5 items, please try to bring the list printed on a paper. Our staff can efficiently supply the items to you if you do this.

අයිතම වල මිල හෝ අප සතුව තොග පවතින්නේද නැතිද යන්න දැනගැනීමට, අපගේ වෙබ්අඩවියේ Search... එක භාවිතා කරන්න. අයිතම පිටුවේ "In Stock: Yes" ලෙස දැක්වෙන අයිතම සාමාන්යයෙන් තොග තිබෙ. ඔබට අවශ්ය අයිතමය සොයා ගැනීමට නොහැකි නම්, කරුණාකර විස්තර සමඟ [email protected] වෙත විද්යුත් තැපෑලක් එවන්න. හැකි ඉක්මනින් පිළිතුරු ලබාදීමට අපි උත්සාහ කරමු.

ඔබ දිගු ලැයිස්තුවක් සමඟ වෙළඳසැලට පැමිණීමට සැලසුම් කරන්නේ නම්, අපගේ වෙබ්අඩවියෙන් "store pickup" ලෙස සඳහන් කරමින් ඇණවුමක් දැමීම වඩාත් සුදුසුය. අපි ඔබගේ ඇණවුම සකසා අවසන් වූ විගස ඔබට ඇමතුමක් දෙන්නෙමු. මෙසේ කිරීමෙන් ඔබගේ කාලයත් ශ්රමයත් දෙකම ඉතිරි කරගත හැක.

ඔබ අයිතම 5කට වඩා වැඩි ප්රමාණයක් මිලදී ගැනීමට පැමිණෙන්නේ නම්, කරුණාකර එම ලැයිස්තුව මුද්රණය කරගෙන එන්න. එවිට අපගේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට වඩාත් කාර්යක්ෂමව ඔබට අවශ්ය අයිතම ලබා දිය හැක.
