• Splitter vs. Switch Clarification (CRITICAL):
  • This unit is a 1-Input to 4-Output Splitter (Duplicate / Mirror Mode only). It duplicates identical content from one source onto four screens.
  • It does NOT support "Extended Desktop Mode" (it cannot show four different desktop screens from a single PC port). For extended independent screens, a multi-output graphics card or a USB-C MST hub is required.
  • It is not an HDMI switch (it cannot switch between four computers to a single monitor).
