Usage Tips
- Step 1 – Burnishing (Drilling Pilot Hole):
- Select an extractor size slightly smaller than the damaged screw head.
- Insert the bit with the drill tip facing out into your variable-speed drill chuck.
- Set your drill rotation strictly to REVERSE (Counter-Clockwise) and run at a LOW, controlled speed.
- Apply firm downward pressure to drill a smooth, conical depression into the center of the stripped screw head (depth approx. 2 mm to 3 mm).
- Step 2 – Extraction (Removal):
- Flip the bit so the threaded extractor end faces out and clamp it back into the drill chuck.
- Keep the drill setting strictly on REVERSE (Counter-Clockwise) and use the SLOWEST possible RPM.
