The HDMI Cable 30m 4K UHD (High Quality) is an ultra-long commercial-grade digital audio-video interconnect engineered for extended-range AV infrastructure in auditoriums, large conference centers, sports venues, broadcast studios, security monitoring centers, and digital signage installations. Designed to eliminate signal attenuation, digital sparkling, and handshake failure over long distances, it features a built-in low-noise active TMDS equalization redriver chipset paired with heavy-gauge 24 AWG oxygen-free copper (OFC) twisted pairs and multi-layer shielding. Delivering up to 18.0 Gbps high-speed bandwidth, it supports 4K UHD video at 60Hz, HDR10 dynamic range, 32-channel uncompressed surround audio, and HDCP 2.2 content encryption without frame tearing or signal latency.

Features
- Embedded Active Equalization Chipset: Onboard active signal conditioning circuitry regenerates and synchronizes high-speed digital TMDS clock and video data packets over 30 meters, preventing digital sparkle artifacts, screen flickering, and dropped frames.
- Full 18 Gbps 4K60 UHD Performance: Supports smooth 60 frames per second 4K video playback with HDR dynamic contrast, wide color palettes, and low motion blur for live events, cinema displays, and simulations.
- Heavy-Duty Triple-Layer Shielding: Multi-layer shielding blocks electromagnetic (EMI) and radio-frequency (RFI) interference caused by high-voltage mains cables, fluorescent light ballasts, and heavy machinery inside shared conduits.
- Corrosion-Proof 24K Gold-Plated Contacts: Thick gold plating protects against contact oxidation and signal degradation, maintaining low contact resistance across thousands of mating cycles.
- High-Tension Outer Sheath: Ruggedized outer jacket and reinforced strain-relief boots withstand high pulling tension, twisting forces, and conduit abrasion during long in-wall, ceiling, or underground pipe pulls.
Common Applications
- Large Auditoriums, Arenas & Houses of Worship: Long-run connection from central control room switchers, matrix routers, or media racks to ceiling-mounted long-throw 4K projectors and video walls.
- Conference Facilities & Boardrooms: Under-floor and in-wall routing connecting main podium presentation hubs to primary wall-mounted interactive displays over long distances.
- Digital Signage & Retail Showrooms: Connecting centralized 4K industrial media players or content servers to remote storefront displays, video menu boards, and exhibition kiosks.
- Security Surveillance Command Centers: Clean digital link connecting multi-channel CCTV NVR/DVR rack systems to main security monitoring video walls across expansive control rooms.
- Staging & Live Broadcast Events: Linking video production switchers, stage confidence monitors, and live PTZ camera feeds across large stage layouts.
Usage Tips
- Strict Directional Installation (CRITICAL):
- Due to the embedded active equalizer chipset, **this 30-meter cable is strictly unidirectional and will not work if connected in reverse**.
- **"Input" / "Source":** Connects strictly to the video transmitting device (PC, media player, NVR, switcher, gaming console).
- **"Output" / "Display" / "TV":** Connects strictly to the receiving sink (projector, TV, monitor).
- Verify connector labels on both ends before pulling through conduit, ceilings, or drywall cavities. Reversing the cable will produce a complete black screen with no video output.
- Pre-Pull Bench Testing: **Always uncoil and bench-test the cable with your exact source and display equipment** prior to pulling it through walls, ceilings, or conduit raceways.
- Conduit & Pulling Guidelines:
- Use smooth conduit with an inner diameter of at least **32 mm (1.25 Inches)** to allow the larger active connector head to pass through freely.
- Secure pulling lines directly to the outer cable jacket and strain relief boot using pulling lubricant. **Never pull by the delicate metal connector shell**.
- Cover the connector head with a protective dust cap or electrical tape to prevent drywall dust, debris, or moisture from contaminating the internal gold pin array.
- Bend Radius Management: Maintain a gentle bend radius (≥ 70 mm). Avoid sharp 90° bends around stud corners, as pinching the cable can crush the internal conductor geometry and lead to impedance mismatches or signal loss.
- Source Power Stability: The active internal chipset draws operating power (approx. 50 mA to 70 mA) from pin 18 (+5V rail) of the HDMI port. If connecting through passive unpowered wall plates or keystones, ensure the source delivers stable 5V rail power to keep the chipset fully energized over the 30-meter span.
