The TWO TREES 800W Wood Trimmer Router Spindle 30000RPM for TTC450 Pro TTC450 Ultra TTC6050 TTC-H40 TTC-H80 is a heavy-duty rotary milling motor engineered for desktop and industrial CNC routing platforms, including the Two Trees TTC450 Pro, TTC450 Ultra, TTC6050, TTC-H40, and TTC-H80. Powered by a high-torque 800W pure-copper motor with a 6-speed variable electronic dial, it delivers exceptional cutting velocity across hardwoods, softwoods, acrylic, POM, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and non-ferrous metals like aluminum and brass. Encased in a precision-machined 65mm aluminum cylindrical body with high-grade dual radial ball bearings, it ensures low rotational runout, high thermal dissipation, and direct drop-in mounting into standard 65mm spindle brackets.

Features
- High-Power 800W Copper Core: Delivers continuous high cutting torque to prevent spindle stalling and step loss during aggressive feed passes in dense hardwoods and aluminum sheets.
- 6-Speed Variable Dial: Allows precise RPM tuning (10,000 to 30,000 RPM) to match the ideal surface feet per minute (SFM) and chip load for varying materials like acrylic, MDF, plywood, PCB, and brass.
- Standard 65mm Form Factor: Engineered with an exact 65mm outer body diameter, fitting directly into standard TTC450 / TTC6050 Z-axis spindle clamp brackets without modification.
- Low Radial Runout: Dual precision ball-bearing assembly reduces rotational vibration and cutter deflection, delivering smooth surface finishes and sharp contour edges.
- Efficient Forced-Air Thermal Design: Internal cooling fan channels high-volume airflow across the armature and brushes, maintaining stable operating temperatures during multi-hour continuous 3D relief carving operations.
Common Applications
- Precision Woodworking: 2D contouring, 3D relief carving, grooving, and mortising on hardwoods (oak, walnut, teak), plywood, and MDF boards.
- Plastics & Composite Fabrication: High-speed milling and engraving on Cast Acrylic (PMMA), POM (Delrin), HDPE, FR-4 copper-clad boards, and carbon fiber sheets.
- Non-Ferrous Metal Engraving: Precision face milling, slotting, and engraving on soft metals such as 6061 Aluminum, brass plates, and copper heat sinks.
- Signage & Template Making: Rapid milling of channel letters, architectural scale models, and industrial template mockups on Two Trees CNC platforms.
- PCB Isolation Routing: Rapid prototyping of single/double-sided PCB track isolation milling with fine V-bits at 30,000 RPM.
Usage Tips
- Collet & Bit Installation (CRITICAL):
- Insert the router bit shank at least 2/3 into the collet bore before tightening. Never clamp a bit with only the very tip seated, as centrifugal forces at 30,000 RPM will cause severe runout, bit breakage, or projectile hazard.
- Use the included dual open-ended wrenches to firmly tighten the collet nut. Do not over-torque, as excessive force can deform the collet taper.
- Speed Selection Guidelines:
- Plastics / Acrylic: Use lower speeds (Gears 1 to 3 / 10,000–18,000 RPM) with high feed rates to prevent plastic melting, gumming, and chip re-welding on the cutter.
- Softwoods / MDF / Plywood: Use medium-to-high speeds (Gears 3 to 5 / 18,000–26,000 RPM) to achieve clean cut edges without tearout.
- Hardwoods & Aluminum / Brass: Use medium speeds (Gears 2 to 4 / 14,000–22,000 RPM) with small depth of cut (DOC 0.2mm–0.5mm) and adequate cutting lubrication / mist coolant for aluminum.
- Fine PCB Engraving / 3D Relief Carving: Use maximum speed (Gear 6 / 30,000 RPM) with fine 0.1mm–0.2mm conical V-bits for ultra-clean trace isolation.
- Z-Axis Clamp Alignment: When mounting the trimmer into the 65mm CNC bracket, ensure the clamp wraps around the smooth aluminum section of the housing without pinching the top plastic cap or obstructing the air exhaust slots at the bottom.
- Carbon Brush Maintenance: Periodically inspect the internal carbon brushes through the side access caps every 100–150 operational hours. Replace worn brushes before they reach minimum length to prevent armature commutator damage.
- Safety Precautions: Always wear safety goggles and hearing protection during operation. Keep hands clear of the rotating collet, and ensure the CNC emergency stop button is accessible at all times.
