The connections are similar to WS2801 (4-wire version). See page 12 onwards in the following doc for wiring and example program.

Connections and programming

Just give power from an external high current 5V power supply (5A or 10A is recommended). Make sure to connect Arduino ground to the same ground of the pixel LED set. Then connect Data and Clock pins to pin 2 and 3 of the Arduino. Add the library as per the above doc and run the example program.
