Usage Tips

• Cable Quality Matters (Use Pure Bare Copper): Always use 100% Solid Bare Copper (OFC) Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Avoid Copper-Clad Aluminum (CCA) or Copper-Clad Steel (CCS) wire, as higher loop resistance significantly reduces 8MP signal quality, causing color loss or video dropouts at long distances.
• Strict Polarity Alignment: Ensure matching polarity at both the camera transmitter and DVR receiver ends (Connect Wire Positive (+) to (+) and Negative (-) to (-) on both sides of the twisted pair). Reversing polarity will result in inverted, rolling, or black-and-white video.
