Installation & Wiring Guide

• Prepare the Panel Cutout: Punch or drill a standard 22.5mm hole in the control box faceplate.
• Mount the Head: Insert the ZB2BW33C green flush head through the front of the panel cutout.
• Secure the Collar Assembly: Place the ZB2BWB31C metal fixing collar onto the back of the head from inside the panel door. Tighten the rear metal locking screw to a torque of 0.8 - 1.0N.m to ground the assembly to the panel and lock it in place.
• Wire the Contact Block (13 - 14 NO): Connect your 24V control line to screw terminals 13 and 14. When the spring-return operator is pressed, contact 13-14 closes to complete the signal path.
• Wire the LED Light Block (X1 - X2): Connect your 24V AC/DC power leads to the light block terminals marked X1 and X2 to energize the green indicator.
