The XH-M634 (also referred to as the HCW-M634) is a versatile, CNC-controlled battery charge protection board designed to manage the charging of lead-acid and lithium batteries. It acts as an intelligent switch that automatically connects and disconnects a charger based on user-defined voltage thresholds, preventing overcharging and extending battery life.

Programming & Usage

The module uses two buttons: the Start Button (Left) and the Stop Button (Right).

  1. Set Starting Voltage:
    • Press the Start button once to view the current start voltage.
    • Long-press the button for 3 seconds until the display flashes.
    • Use the Start/Stop buttons to adjust the value, then wait for it to save.
  2. Set Stop Voltage:
    • Press the Stop button once to view the current stop voltage.
    • Long-press for 3 seconds until the display flashes.
    • Adjust the value and allow it to save.
  3. Factory Reset:
    • With the module powered on, press and hold both buttons simultaneously until the display shows "888".

  • Direct Output: Remember that this is a control module, not a charger itself. You must connect a suitable DC power supply/charger to the input terminals.
