The Optimus Uno is a superior product that has been designed to address the major issues associated with the Arduino Uno clone. Unlike its predecessor, the Optimus Uno features USB power isolation from external power supply for the USB to TTL converter chip (CH430). Furthermore, the Optimus Uno also features reverse polarity protection for external power input at the 2.1mm jack.
The Optimus Uno consists of high quality and branded electronic components and has a 12V input capability due to high quality voltage regulators.
