This premium CAT6 UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) Network Cable is available per meter, allowing you to purchase the exact length required for your specific networking task. Constructed with 100% Solid Bare Copper conductors rather than inferior copper-clad aluminum (CCA), this cable is engineered to meet strict German quality standards. It is optimized for gigabit and multi-gigabit data networks, power-over-ethernet (PoE) deployment, and clean custom patch cable termination.
Specification

- Manufacturing Standard: Engineered / Made in Germany
Features
- 100% Solid Bare Copper (Pure Metal): Unlike cheap CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) cables which suffer from brittle breaks and high resistance, pure bare copper guarantees maximum signal travel distances, superior flexibility, and safe handling of current loads.
- Internal Cross Spline Separator: Features a longitudinal plastic structural skeleton running down the center of the jacket. This keeps the four twisted wire pairs physically isolated from one another, drastically lowering internal NEXT (Near-End Crosstalk) noise.
- High-Amp PoE Compatibility: Thanks to its thick 23 AWG solid copper cores, this cable effortlessly handles heavy PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt) currents without overheating, reliably powering remote PTZ cameras, Wi-Fi 6 access points, and VoIP terminals.
- Tangle-Free Reelex Pull Box: The bulk wire is wound using a specialized multi-layer geometric matrix within the cardboard container. This allows technicians to pull long segments smoothly out of the dispensation grommet without kinks, snags, or bird-nest tangles.
Common Applications
- Structured Office Cabling: Dropping core backbone network connections through dropped ceilings, walls, and under-floor conduits to desktop workstations.
- High-Definition IP CCTV Networks: Routing clean data lines to remote security camera networks requiring stable, long-distance PoE power.
- Server Room & Datacenter Patches: Punching down reliable interconnect channels between patch bays, managed network switches, and server racks.
- Residential Smart-Home Backbones: Future-proofing home automated distribution systems for multi-room 4K video distributions and ultra-fast optical fiber connections.
Professional Installation & Deployment Tips
- Maintain the Standard 568B Configuration: While both standards work identically if used on both ends of a cable, T568B is the universal standard for commercial data networks. Ensure you match the color sequencing on both ends of the run to prevent creating an accidental crossover line.
- Do Not Untwist Pairs Past 13mm: The tight helical twist of each individual color pair is mathematically calibrated to cancel out electromagnetic interference. When stripping the outer jacket to clamp on an RJ45 connector, do not untwist the pairs more than 13mm (0.5 inches). Over-untwisting bare leads degrades the performance rating of the cable down to slow CAT5 speeds.
- Observe Safe Bend Radius Guidelines: To prevent stretching or breaking the inner solid copper strands, avoid bending the cable into sharp corners. The minimum safe dynamic bend radius for standard CAT6 cabling is 4 times the outer diameter of the cable (roughly 1 inch or 25mm minimum curvature loop).
- Avoid Running Parallel to Mains AC Power: High-voltage electrical lines emit intense electromagnetic hum fields. Never pull network lines through the exact same wall conduits or stud holes as your 220V/110V household AC wires. If they must cross paths, route them at a clean 90℃ perpendicular intersection to avoid severe data packet drops.
